Verify the collection of insurance, document charges, and advance rentals.
Ensure all required documents and payments are complete before file activation.
Review and confirm approval conditions for all security documents.
Prepare agreements and relevant documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain and update reports and registers related to security confirmations.
Record pending CR details in the system and attach transferred CR books to security packets.
Perform any other job-related duties assigned by management.
