Role: Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Employer: R&R Merchant (Pvt) Ltd (Authorized distribution agency for INSEE Cement)
Location / Office: Monaragala Road, Medagama, Sri Lanka
Target Areas: Monaragala, Kataragama, Pothuvil, and Siya

Compensation: Basic Salary of Rs. 45,000/month + performance-based sales commission
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell INSEE Cement products to local dealers and retail customers.
Build, maintain, and expand strong long-term client relationships across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits to spot new business opportunities and monitor competitor trends.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordinate order follow-ups and deliver high-quality customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in sales is required (direct experience in cement, hardware/construction materials, or FMCG sales is an added advantage).
Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage field routes, and drive performance targets.
Mobility: Full willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
