Role Overview
The successful candidate(s) will be initially recruited as Trainee Branch Managers and will undergo a comprehensive one-year training programme covering company products, systems, and operational procedures. Upon successful completion of the training, they will be appointed as Showroom Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve the branch's sales, revenue, and profit targets while ensuring timely recovery of payments.
Maintain and manage optimum inventory levels.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are consistently maintained.
Maintain proper shop merchandising standards and ensure products are attractively displayed.
Lead and motivate the branch team to drive sales, improve productivity, and maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and secure working environment within the branch.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry.
A professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in hire purchase and inventory management.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in a computerized business environment will be an advantage.
Age: 25–40 years.
